How to Use
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.

- Add 2 cups of boiled vegetables, mashed, and mix well.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and salt to taste.
- Bring to a boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.
