Return Window
- You may return an item within 6 days of delivery.
- Products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted within the same 6-day window.
- Only products in new and unused condition are eligible for exchange.
- Healthcare items, food products, and perishable goods are not eligible for return or exchange due to safety and hygiene reasons.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our support team or use your account dashboard to request a return.
- Print Return Label: Customers are required to download and print the return shipping label.
- Ship the Product: Carefully package the product and ship it back to us using the printed label.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items that are used, damaged, or not in original packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Healthcare, food, and perishable products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Certain other items may be non-returnable based on manufacturer policy.
