Shipping Policy

Process Time:

Depending on the size of the order and number of items in your order, we will process your order within  1 to 2  business days and deliver it to the shipper. Carrier may take 3 to 5 business days to deliver the product. After the order processed, a shipping notification generated and sent to the email id, provided at the time of checkout, which will include the carrier tracking number. Please add sales@pushmycart.com to your contacts list, to avoid e-mails landing in junk/ spam emails.  

Shipping Status:

Shipping status is available at the respective carrier's website by using the tracking number provided.

International Couriers:

Our default shipping method is FedEx/DHL International Priority mail. Our International carriers deliver products in 3 to 5 Business days. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs interventions or weather issues. 

We take utmost care while packing the products for international delivery. However, Pushmycart.com or its operators are not responsible for damages in transit or delays in delivery. We usually do not sell any products which will become stale within 5 to 7 days, however, in the case of any product becomes obsolete due to situations beyond our control, pushmycart.com will not be held responsible. 

For Certain items, we offer snail mail through India Post, which is a registered post with tracking number. Shipments through this method take about 15 to 20 days for delivery. 

Volumetrics:

Shipping charges calculated by higher of physical weight or volume weight. For example, Lightweight products may consume high volume (Eg., Vadiyalu or  Chekkalu or Sakinalu or Papads) and some heavy items may occupy less volume but weigh a lot. The following formula is used to arrive at volume weight: -

Length X Width X Height (in Centimeters) /  5000 = Volume weight in KGs. 

Customs Duty:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  www.pushmycart.com or its vendors are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Sellers responsibility is to sell and ship the products. Any activity related to customs clearance or payment of duty is the responsibility of the buyer. In the US, customs duty not charged for shipments under $200. For over $200 orders, please check with us by reaching us at sales@pushmycart.com. In general, buyer must respond to any communication from customs department and shipping company. Any failure to meet to such communications may result in product being either returned or destroyed. Seller will not hold any responsibility for such events. Buyer must take care of the additional expenses caused by the delay caused by customs clearance.  

Packing:

As the products have to travel about 6000 Miles, we take high care in packing the products with extra layers of bubble wrap, etc.; Crispy food products may need a plastic box to avoid breaking up.  Overall the package weight is included in the product weight.  Also, the extra volume generated by-products is also included in the product weights to cover the adequate shipping charges.  For example, Papads are charged 1.5 times of their regular product weight to cover the extra volume of the product and the volume it takes for individual packaging. 

For INDIA Customers the cart value should be more than $10. We provide Free Shipping all over India.

Shipping Rates Charged by the Main website differs from what is charged by Stores.  Please check the shipping charges for stores individually. Items shipped by Main Website are covered under the above shipping rates. However, if Stores are shipping separately a separate shipping charge needs to be paid per store as they are physically located at a different place in India. For example, a store operating from Delhi will have to ship the merchandise separately than the store which is shipping from Chennai. 

The onus of Missing Products:  We provide you the shipping/tracking label which contains the gross weight of the shipment. If the load weight is less than your order weight, we take responsibility for deficits. However, if we have shipped as per your order weight, it's customer's responsibility to prove if any items are missing. If in case the package is delivered to you in open condition. Please do not accept the package. Also, if the package is delivered with underweight, its' customers responsibility to claim missing items from the courier companies. We can support you with all the documentation needed to prove that we have shipped your order weight.  Any discrepancies in the order should be notified to us within 24 hours from the time the package is delivered. Failure to do so will result in non-acceptance of the claim. As Food Items have limited shelf life, discrepancies should be strictly reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

For Pure Silver Items, we always take insurance, and in that case, it's our responsibility to claim insurance with the shipper.
