Savour Mithos Magaya Pickle—Andhra‑style mango thokku with garlic. Grated raw mango is slow‑cooked in spices and oil for a bold, tangy, umami bite. A homestyle side that lifts rice, rotis and curd well.

Key Features

• Authentic Andhra thokku texture—grated mango, slow‑cooked
• Garlic-forward, tangy and spicy flavour balance
• Tempered with mustard, fenugreek and curry leaves
• Pairs well with rice, rotis, curd rice and tiffins

Key Ingredients

• Raw mango (Totapuri or similar)
• Garlic
• Red chili powder
• Mustard seeds
• Fenugreek (methi)
• Turmeric
• Curry leaves (optional)
• Salt
• Edible oil (sesame or groundnut)

Tips

• Use a clean, dry spoon. Keep a thin oil layer on top to seal flavour. For best taste, let it rest 10 minutes after stirring. Avoid contact with moisture to maintain texture and shelf stability.
