- Red chilli
- Curry leaves
- Cook 1/2 teacup Toor Dal (50 g)
- In a saucepan, fry red chilies, mustard seeds, and curry leave-in oil.
- Add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
- To this, add 1 tablespoon (10 g) of Aashirvaad Sambar Masala, dal, chopped vegetable of your choice, and tamarind juice/tomatoes.
