Karachi Bakery Pudina Sev 450g

This is a tasty and crunchy tea time snack. Pudina Sev is a yummy, awesome and very flavorful crispy snack that goes well when served with tea or coffee or can also be eaten as a time-pass snack. Sev, a very popular thin noodle like savory snack is made of gram and rice flour flavored with carom seeds (Ajwain). This snack is also well known as Oma podi or Karapusa in Southern India.

  • Chickpea flour (Besan atta)
  • Mint leaves
  • Salt
  • Green chilies
  • Butter

  • Turmeric powder
  • Oil
