Generally the below steps are followed to use this essential oil. • Prepare a scrub with sea salt, almond oil, honey, cinnamon essential oil and olive oil. Massage the scrub in upward circular motion on the face. Wash off after 2-3 minutes. This process removes dead skin cells. • Prepare a natural face pack with the cinnamon bark essential oil. Mix 1 tablespoon of coconut oil with 3 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 15-20 drops of cinnamon bark essential oil. Make the paste by grinding all the content in a blender. Wash the face and apply the mask. Keep it on for 20 minutes. Wash it off with water. Apply a face cream for best results.
