Direction to use
Rajma is generally cooked in the following way. The seeds are soaked in water overnight. Next day the soaked rajma is boiled in a pressure cooker. Fry onions, ginger, garlic. Pour tomato puree in it. Mix coriander, cumin and red chilli powder in the mix. When the raw smell leaves the mixture add the boiled rajma. When the oil separates from the curry, switch off the heat. Top up the curry with butter.
