The bottle was almost empty

It was so very sad to open my box and find one of the two bottles was almost empty. I did contact the company and asked for a replacement, but that was five days ago, and I still haven't heard anything back. Maybe putting forth a little more attention to the shipping, and how it is done. It was probably just a lid that was not screwed on tightly. Maybe taping the lid to the bottle, like some companies do, would be an insurance on the packaging.
