Disappointed.

They claim the water bottle is unglazed but it is clearly glazed. The inside you can tell is clearly unglazed you can tell by the texture, but the out side is smooth and glossy and does not match the inside.

Also. They take 30 days to get you the product. Not 5-7 days. That is a full lie. I ordered my product on the 9/1/2026, and just recieved the water bottled today 9/28/2026. They claim it was due to broken stock and issues with mittcool brand.

Im upset because this bottle is clearly glazed I have no idea where the glaze is from or if it is safe to drink water from. And the glaze on the outside makes it slippery and not easy to grasp like the inside of the bottle. Which is a unglazed terrocatta.... and would make griping the bottle easier instead of slippery like the glaze does. I think this is a knock off product of mitticools.... very disappointing.... which sucks becayse ive been trying to get clay water bottles from mitti cool for months now but unable to find a way to have it shipped here as its not offered on the brands original site. Very disappointed.

how to use

Before First Use, Clean the Pot/Bottle thoroughly with water from inside and outside using soft sponge and then fill it with water for 24 hours. After 24 hours, empty the pot and again wash it thoroughly. And dry it for sometime before use. This is to be done once only.
Clean the Pot/Bottle thoroughly in every 2 to 3 days a week or even cleaning daily is much better to avoid any kind of deposition on the pot and to keep its pores open for Cooling properly.
Always clean with tepid water or with baking soda or Lemon.
If there is packaging smell in the pot, Use the Coffee powder treatment where fill a small bowl with coffee powder or Cardamom and keep inside the water pot to remove the smell.
