Kanshita's Rasoiware Stainless Steel Pakad 25 cm | Kitchen Tongs for Hot Utensils
A traditional Indian pakad - the scissor-action wire tong used to lift a hot tawa, kadhai, patila or steel bowl straight off the flame. The jaws hook under the rim and the arms close to grip, so a vessel with no handle can be moved without a cloth.
At 25 cm this is the large size, which keeps your hand well back from the burner. The arms are stainless steel and the grips are sleeved in red PVC for a non-slip hold.
