Calendula
Calendula, also known as pot marigold, is a plant used for skin health benefits, such as helping with wound healing and decreasing swelling in the mouth and throat. It is native to Asia and southern Europe and has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic and Unani systems of medicine. It is commonly used for wounds, rashes, infections, inflammation, and many other conditions. However, there is no substantial evidence to support its use for any purpose.
