Crispy, noodle-shaped sibling of the Murukulu, Vampoosa is an Andhra specialty. Its presence, however, has reached far and beyond the borders of the state and found a place in many South Indian homes and hearts. Made with gram flour and a sprinkling of carom seeds, this deep-fried snack is golden brown and packs a spicy crunch in every bite!
