Tips

• For the best aroma, serve slightly warm; stir into hot ghee or oil for a few seconds or microwave for 10 to 15 seconds.
• For a softer dip, add a spoonful of yoghurt or plain butter or mawai to adjust the heat.

Shelf Life

• After opening: Best enjoyed chilled within 4–6 weeks. Before using, stir the oil if it separates; throw it away if there is an unpleasant smell, mold is visible, or the color changes.
