Return Window

  • You may return an item within 6 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within the same 6-day window.
  • Only products in new and unused condition are eligible for exchange.
  • Healthcare items, food products, and perishable goods are not eligible for return or exchange due to safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Exchange is subject to product availability.

Return Process

  2. Print Return Label: Customers are required to download and print the return shipping label.
  3. Ship the Product: Carefully package the product and ship it back to us using the printed label.
