Ingredients :脗聽Multigrain Cardiospermum Halicacabum (Budda kakara) Mapilai Samba Rice Red Rice, Black Urad Moong dhall, Curry leaves Coriander Leaves, Chana, Red Corn, Horse Gram
Preparation :脗聽Take required amount of Adai mix. add salt with flour mix and add water and stir it. If required put small onion, curry leaves, coriander, ginger, garlic and cut it down in small pieces and mix with the flour, soak for half an hour and prepare dosai.
