Key Ingredients
- Finger millet (28%)
- Black gram splits
- Refined wheat flour
- Interestified vegetable fat (Palm Oil & Palm kernel oil)
- Salt
- Raising agent (E500 ii)
- Acidity Regulator (E296)
- Fenugreek
How to Use
- In a bowl, combine 1 cup of MTR Ragi Dosa Mix with 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of curd.
- Mix well to form a smooth batter.
- Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Heat a tawa or griddle over medium flame.
- Grease the tawa with a little oil.
- Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot tawa and spread it out into a thin circle.
- Add a little oil to the sides of the dosa.
- Cook the dosa for 2-3 minutes per side, or until it is golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite chutney and sambar.
