Whole kodo millet, also called kodra or arikelu, used as a rice substitute. No soaking needed. 8.6 g protein and 5.2 g fibre per 100 g. 500 g pack, about 10 servings of 50 g.

How to cook

Rinse, then cook with about two and a half parts water to one part millet until soft.

100 percent millet with no additives. Naturally gluten free.

Made in a facility that processes wheat and nuts. May contain traces.
