Lakshmi's Kobbari Karam Podi/Coconut Curry Masala 500gms

Kobbari Karam Podi is an integral part of Andhra's culinary lore. Made with a combination of selected spices, lentils and herbs, it is used as a masala to make a range of delicious curries or can be an accompaniment for a variety of snacks.

  • Coconut Powder
  • Black Gram
  • Bengal Gram
  • Dry Red Chillies
  • Garlic
  • Salt

  • Homemade, Organic, No artificial preservatives, flavours or colours. High quality chillies and spices from Guntur and Vijayawada are used.
  • This is a ready-made masala, so you need not add any other spice or salt.
  • It is also as an excellent accompaniment to a range of dishes such as dosas, idlis, vadas, chappatis and can also be mixed with hot streamed rice.
