Prakruthi Ajmer Wala Milk Cake 500g

Milk Cake is a classic Indian milk fudge made with milk, sugar, ghee, and an acidic ingredient like lemon juice. Traditional milk cake is created by simmering the milk over low heat until it has reduced to one-third of its original volume. After that, lemon is applied to curdle the milk and create a gritty texture.

Ingredients of Ajmer Wala Milk Cake:

I like this sweet very much Amerwala sweet it is actually Delhi sweet, first i tasted this sweet in Delhi when i was in job training, then again i tasted now nothing different, same taste.
